Order

1. How long it takes to confirm my order?

Order is confirmed once payment had been completed. Order confirmation will be sent to your email.

2. My order status show “Payment Pending”, what should I do?

If you do not receive our confirmation email within the next 24hrs, you may choose to call us Tel: 69090992 or write to us in “CONTACT US”, subject: Order Matter. Our customer service will assist you on the order. Please do not attempt to recreate your order as it will cause order/payment duplication.

3. Can I amend the order after order confirmation?

No. You may need to contact our customer service directly. In most cases, we will need to cancel your order so that you can order the correct products in your order.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order is not shipped upon the 24hrs of order confirmation. However, we would not be able to cancel order if item which had been shipped out. Please call us Tel: 69090992 or write to us in “CONTACT US”, subject: Order Matter, for immediate resolution.

5. What if the item paid and is already out of stock?

Our customer services will contact you and provide the alternative options. Whether to put the order on waiting list or refund option.

1. Is shopping at BeautyJour.com safe/Secure?

Beautyjour.com is responsible for providing a safe and secure shopping experience. All your personal information is kept and private in the entire checkout process.

2. What are the payment options available?

Delivery

We offer a variety delivery and self-collection option at your convenience.

1. For self-collection

You need to call/email us on your preferred date/timing for collection before you visit our office. Our office is opened on weekdays (Mon – Fri), Operating hour: 10am to 6pm. Our address: 81  Ubi Ave 4 #10-02, UB.ONE, Singapore 408830, Tel 69090992. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

2. For Delivery

We offer free delivery for minimum spending of $20 for our member. You are encouraged to sign up as member with us. Our delivery charges as shown for your reference.

  • The delivery is restricted to Singapore (in – land) Only, excluding Tuas area.
  • Our delivery hour is from Mon to Fri Only.
  • Shipping may take longer hour during festive season and sales period.
  • Our team will contact you for delivery confirmation
  • Beautyjour will not bear the cost of lost parcel for Singpost Postal Service
  • The max imposed weight of Singpost Postal Service is 500g. For parcel exceed the max weight and dimension of the letterbox, it will be advisable to go with standard shipping.

3. Delivery Schedule

You may choose your preferred timing in the checkout page

  • 0900 – 1830 Hours
  • 1900 – 2130 Hours

4. Can I change my delivery date/time after I have submitted my order?

Yes, you need to contact us at Tel: 69090992 or write to us in “CONTACT US”, subject: Order Matter. Our customer service will arrange another delivery slot with you. However, once the parcel is collected by courier company, we are unable to amend the delivery schedule.

5. Will I get charge for re-delivery?

For failed delivery, our customer services will contact you for re-delivery. However, there will be re-delivery charge fee of $6.

6. I have entered the wrong address, what can I do?

When wrong address is indicated in the order before delivery. Please contact us immediately at Tel: 69090992 or write to us in “CONTACT US”, subject: Order Matter. Our customer service will assist within her best efforts.

In the event when the package is already delivered, BeautyJour will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

7. I have received an open/damage packaging from the courier?

All our products are checked prior before delivery. Please contact us immediately should you have received in such condition.

8. What happens if I am absence upon delivery?

In the event when you are absence to receive the items upon delivery. Our courier will call you if you would like to have your parcel left with family member/colleague. For safe delivery, we always discourage our customer to ask the courier to leave the parcel in shoe rack or any enclose cupboard. Due to lack of verification, Beautyjour will not be responsible for lost parcel.

Returns

1. For defective and incorrect items returns subject to the following term and conditions:

  • 14 days exchange policy upon receipt of order
  • Items must be in original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened and unmarked in any manner
  • Products with an unreasonably remaining shelf life (less than 6 months).
  • Wrongly sent items

Refund will be processed within 7 business days for payment make via bank transfer or 7 business days for payment made via paypal/credit card.

If item was wrongly sent, please contact us immediately at Tel: 69090992 or write to us in “CONTACT US”, subject: Order Matter, attach along the photo of the wrongly sent item. Our customer service will arrange to re-deliver the correct items and do the collection of wrongly sent items.

2. What if I have developed an allergic reaction?

The information provided on the pages help you to identify the suitable product catered for your skin types. It is important for you to know and understand your skin types before you place the order with us. In the event when you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detail description and picture to us for evaluation. We will seek solution with the brand and find an appropriate solution. We may request medical certification from you to identify if this product caused allergic reactions. If allergic is caused due to your skin sensitives, BeautyJour will not provide the refund or reimbursement of medical expense. Should allegeric caused due product quality issues, the maximum claim for medical reimbursement should not exceed $150 in SGD. BeautyJour have the rights to request medical certification and invoices for verification. Please note that BeautyJour do not warrant the exchange/refund should matter is reported after 14 days of the receipt of the order.

3. May I request for return if I am unhappy with the product after used?

We do not accept return of items due to any causes if you have used the product.

4. May I request to test the products before buying them?

As we are an online store, we have the option to provide you with smaller sample product packaging for short period of usage. You may collect these samples at our showroom, address, 81 Ubi Ave 4 #10-02, UB.ONE, Singapore 408830, Tel 69090992 before deciding. Please call/email us for appointment before visiting. Also, you can request the ingredients listing to identify any allergens. All product listed in BeautyJour come with full list of ingredients, you may check on the ingredients tab under individual product listing. If you have doubt in the ingredients against any allergen, please check with your dermatologist.
